Like the gun groups that survived (and even those that didn't), AR-Builders.com doesn't endorse any illegal sales. Firearms sold through the mail must follow federal firearm transfer laws and must be shipped to a FFL recipient. It is up to the FFL to obey the transfer laws and perform a background check as required by law. Many states do not regulate person-to-person sales, but for those that do - we suggest obeying all applicable laws.
